REGISTRATION includes: one copy of the CD proceedings, all conference sessions, keynotes, plenary sessions, refreshments during the conference, conference lunches, and the dinner banquet. Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of US$ 150.00 will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the registration deadline of March 15th 2009.

Please note the following:

In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

The Author/ Presenter must be registered and fully paid for.
The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted.
Although participants can register on the day of the conference (with prior approval of IAMOT), please note that if authors wish for their papers to be included in the proceedings the registration process along with the payment procedure has to be completed by March 15th 2009.

Cancellation Policy

If Cancellation occurred before the submission deadline --- No Processing fee, hence full refund.
If Cancellation occurred after the closing of the submission deadline review process and two weeks before the conference then you can charge $100 processing.
No refund due to non attendance of the conference
