For citizens of some countries, visa to the USA may be required. The decision for granting/ denying visa requests is solely that of the USA Consulate. The Consulate may request a letter of invitation and/or acceptance letter from the sponsoring organization, which is IAMOT.
For invitation letter, please e-mail IAMOT@Miami.edu with the following information:
- Exact name
- Complete address
- Paper number
- Copy of the acceptance e-mail
Note that:
- It is your responsibility to insure that your e-mail accepts attachments and avoiding any spam restrictions that you may have installed.
- Insure that your registration to the conference is in order .
